To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

1. Defective or incorrect items → eligible for a replacement or refund (photo proof required).
   
2. Non-defective returns → eligible for store credit or refund (shipping costs covered by the buyer).

We recommend using a tracked postal service. After receiving your return, please allow up to 5 days for processing and refund.
